Sounds like something they'd play late at night on KBOO (Always ask your roommate when you're stuck). It's the kind of art noise that introduces a kind of existential haze to your driving and makes a cop more likely to pull you over, which is exactly what you DON'T need late in the morning after too much out. So "Dub" has such a heavy spook groove, so you'll look over your shoulder too much, so you'll be putting the window down for air and closing it at bad intersections. You just better be surprised, bowled over by the heavy flange, like video game throwing stars and you go "hey, that's really cool" but the DJ never comes on to tell you what you've been tripping out on. They just remix your screams and it puts you out like a fast roll down a steep hill. Covered in high tech gasoline. That kind of late night art noise. That kind. -KB

Minus are an improvising trio from Corvallis, OR whose ranks include Henry Franzoni, former drummer for Caveman Shoestore.,Along with at least one other person here, Franzoni also played in the most excellent but highly ignored Das Neonderthrall. This CD showcases his polyrhythmic pattern drumming amidst swarming bass and guitar noise extrapolations.
